Existing Clients can find their secure client portal by accessing the following link:

All scheduled appointments and billing documents can be found in your client portal. The email address you have on file will be used in authenticating you. Please keep in mind our general office policies you received during intake. We've highlighted a few major policies below:



Scheduling/Billing:

Email questions about scheduling, billing, or insurance coverage to contact@apextherapygroup.com. Emails will be replied to within 1 business day if not sooner. All questions should be directed via email, although the office line is 424-218-9880. Voicemails will be returned within 2 business days. Missed calls with no voicemail may not be returned. All clients accounts are set to "autopay" so co-pays, deductibles and cancellation charges will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.


Cancellations:

Please be mindful of our cancellation as we require 48-hours advance notice for any cancellations or reschedules, and insurances do not cover missed appointments (i.e., in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee not just your normal copay).

Your Teletherapy link was emailed to you when your appt was confirmed and can also be found in your automated reminder email under your therapist's name
